Collect & Return + £75
Our basic one-year warranty cover with collect and return service
If we agree that your bike needs to return to our workshop, we agree to collect your bicycle and return it to you once the work has completed for a year from the delivery date.
2 years Parts & Labour warranty + £100
Our basic warranty upgrade with a one year extension.
We agree to provide replacement parts and pay for labour costs for your bike for an additional year. Collect and return service not included.
2 years warranty + Collect & Return + £150
An extra year of cover with collect and return.
Parts and labour are provided free of charge for an additional year. If your bike breaks down and needs to come into our repair shop, we agree to collect, repair and return it to you as soon as possible (only available in the mainland UK).
2 years warranty + Collect & Return + Courtesy Bike + £200
Extended cover for owners who rely on their electric bike. An extra year of cover with collect and return, plus use of courtesy bike.
Parts and labour are provided free of charge for an additional year. If your bike breaks down, we agree to collect it, repair and return it to you, and to leave you with an equivalent courtesy bike while your own bike is in the workshop (only available in the mainland UK).
50cycles Extended Warranties
A warranty certificate valid from the date of purchase will be sent to you. You must notify us of any change in address or contact details so that we can provide the best service to you. Warranties cover manufacturing faults and defects but not damage caused by wear and tear, crashing or abuse. Please keep original packaging, paperwork and your proof of purchase.
If you suspect something is wrong with your bike, please contact us immediately as further use may aggravate the situation. All claims must be made by notifying 50cycles Ltd by telephone, in writing or through the online fault report form.
