Kalkhoff bike extended cover
All Kalkhoff pedelec bikes (the Agattu, Pro Connect and Tasman) are covered by a two-year manufacturer's warranty on both the bicycle and the battery. This means that if a fault develops within that two-year period Kalkhoff agree to supply parts to us in order for us to repair your bike or replace components. However, the bicycle will still need to be returned to our workshop for the work to commence.
Collect and return in first year £150
For the first year from the date of delivery, if we agree that your bike needs to return to our workshop, we will collect your bicycle and return it to you once the work has been completed.
Optional extra: This cover + courtesy bike to use while yours is away £225
Collect and return for 2 years £200
For two years from the date of delivery, if we agree that your bike needs to return to our workshop, we will collect your bicycle and return it to you once the work has been completed.
Optional extra: This cover + courtesy bike to use while yours is away £250
Collect and return for 3 years including 1-year warranty extension £250
For three years from the date of delivery, if we agree that your bike needs to return to our workshop, we agree to collect your bicycle and return it to you once the work has completed. This option also extends the warranty period for a further year ie we will carry the cost of parts supplied by the manufacturer outside their own warranty period.

50cycles Extended Warranties
A warranty certificate valid from the date of purchase will be sent to you. You must notify us of any change in address or contact details so that we can provide the best service to you. Warranties cover manufacturing faults and defects but not damage caused by wear and tear, crashing or abuse. Please keep original packaging, paperwork and your proof of purchase.
If you suspect something is wrong with your bike, please contact us immediately as further use may aggravate the situation. All claims must be made by notifying 50cycles Ltd by telephone, in writing or through the online fault report form.
