As well as being quick off the mark when responding to your enquiries, we're also set up to provide excellent after sales service. Our online fault reporting forms goes direct to our workshop.

If you need help or advice regarding your electric bike, the form below will enter your enquiry into our workshop management system. Please use the form below rather than calling the workshop - they're probably up to their arms in torque wrenches and grease and may not be able to answer your call.

All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your receipt or order confirmation and a completed returns form. Important notice International customers must declare their item is a return on any accompanying paperwork, or be liable for import expenses. Please download, read and complete a returns form.

We now offer three distinct servicing options for Kalkhoff electric bike owners - a basic service, extended service and extended service with courtesy bike option. Price includes collection and return of your bike and we'll even send you a box for shipping if necessary.

Free delivery applies to all orders for customers on the UK mainland. We'll also assemble, inspect and adjust your bike before delivery, free of charge.

All you need do is attach the pedals and straighten the handlebars and your bike is ready to ride - no further assembly is required.

Free delivery also applies to all our accessories and spares (including cycle lights and helmets) shipped to customers on the UK mainland. If you live further afield, we offer very good rates for international and offshore orders, based on weight of the items.

We use an overnight courier service for most deliveries, so shipping times are short for in-stock items. We will notify you once your order has been despatched.
