• Collect and return bike in supplied bike box via TNT courier on insured next day service
• Clean and inspect frame and components for wear, damage, function and adjustmen
• Check and adjust gears, fit cables and blocks if required check and adjust brakes
• Check drivetrain and gear selector
• Check and tighten all stem handlebar bolts. Tighten all rack,saddle & mudguard bolts
• Check all electrical connections and battery amp level
• Check charger function and mode function
• Check lighting system and advise
• True and tension wheels, check tyres and tubes, replace if necessary
• Tighten crank, pedal and wheel nuts to torque settings
• Inflate tyres to recommended pressure and test ride bike in all modes
• Complete any pre-arranged warranty work as it is often easier to complete at the same time
• Advise customer of cost of parts, if required to complete the service.

This includes all of the above Level 1 work but is a more in-depth service.

• Strip down cleaning and replacement of wheel bearings
• Full wiring loom check with removal of wiring covers and shrouds
• Motor bolts checked & torqued to settings
• Spokes replaced and wheels trued
• Gear and brake cables replaced
• Headset bearing regreased
• Bike fully cleaned and lubricated
• Battery charged
• Any parts specific to the customers needs can also be fitted, e.g. panniers, locks, lights etc.
Add Extended Service to cart (£150)
Add Extended Service inc. shipping carton to cart (£160) (in case you didn't keep box!)

This includes all of Level 1 and Level 2 but with the use of a courtesy bike (Medium-sized Agattu) while your bike is away. For owners who cannot be without for any time! If you have disposed of the box in which your own bike was delivered, please use the one your courtesy bike arrives in.
