I would appreciate a video on gear adjustment and maintenance. Shimano 7 speed nexus  in my case.

Adjusting the gear cable to align the yellow markers. I have had this done once in a local cycle shop but it needs doing again as some gear slippage is occuring.

spare battery for can do 3 as it only does 25 miles maybe carry a spare so can do 50 miles sponsered ride regards adrian

any info on can-do 30 mantainance electrics all i see on here is the other ones
ive done over 700 miles on mine been involved in sponsered rides
done the centrurian trail in chichester and all around there 18 miles a day just wish i could afford another battery so i could do more adrian
