Kalkhoff pedelec bicycle extended cover
 All Kalkhoff pedelec bikes (the Agattu, Pro Connect and Tasman) are covered by a two-year manufacturer's warranty on both the bicycle and the battery. This means that if a fault develops within that two-year period Kalkhoff agree to supply parts to us in order for us to repair your bike.
The bicycle may need to return to our workshop for some work to commence so we now offer extended cover that includes collection and return of your bicycle as often as is required throughout the warranty period. We also offer an additional year of cover for those who want longer term peace of mind.
Collect and return for 2 years £195
For two years from the date of delivery, if we agree that your bike needs to return to our workshop, we will collect your bicycle and return it to you once the work has been completed.
Collect and return for 3 years including 1-year warranty extension £295
For three years from the date of delivery, if we agree that your bike needs to return to our workshop, we will collect your bicycle and return it to you once the work has been completed.
This option also extends the warranty cover on the bicycle for one additional year i.e. we will carry the cost of parts supplied by the manufacturer outside their own warranty period. The additional year of cover does not include the battery pack as these are sold with a lifetime of two years. However, your battery pack may remain operationally useful for more than two years.

Please notify us of any change in address or contact details so that we can provide the best service to you. Warranties cover manufacturing faults and defects but not damage caused by wear and tear, crashing or abuse. Please keep original packaging, paperwork and your proof of purchase.
If you suspect something is wrong with your bike, please contact us immediately as further use may aggravate the situation. All claims must be made by notifying 50cycles Ltd by telephone, in writing or through the online fault report form.
