eZee Bikes

50cycles Ltd is no longer a distributor or service agent for the range of electric bikes produced by the Shanghai eZee Kinetic Technology Co. Ltd (aka eZee electric bikes). We are no longer able to supply parts or batteries for any bikes in the eZee range, nor are we authorised to carry out maintenance or repairs on any eZee electric bicycles.

Please address all maintenance enquiries to eZee directly or to their new UK Distributor and authorised service representative, Cyclepoint Ltd of Brighton. The main contact there is Rhys Mortimer telephone 023 9275 4821. Cyclepoint is now the sole supplier of eZee electric bicycles, batteries and spares in the UK, and the first point of contact for manufacturer's warranty-related issues.

Kalkhoff electric bicycles

All Kalkhoff pedelec bicycles are covered by the manufacturer's two year warranty and as their UK distributor and service agent, we are very happy to provide ongoing support for these excellent machines. Contact the workshop for any enquiries relating to the Kalkhoff range.
