eZee Bikes
Owners of eZee bikes can enjoy full support for their bikes in the UK through new distributor and authorised service representative, Cyclepoint Ltd of Brighton. They can be contacted on 01273 710784 or by email.
Cyclepoint is now eZee's direct importer and distributor and is the source for all spare parts and supplies, including the latest Sanyo Lithium batteries. They are also responsible for manufacturer's warranty-related issues for all eZee electric bike owners.
For customers in London and East Anglia, eZee have appointed the Electric Transport Shop as their Approved Service Agent. Contact them on 0207 482 2892 or 01223 247410 for the Cambridge branch.
50cycles Ltd is no longer distributor or a service agent for the range of electric bikes produced by the Shanghai eZee Kinetic Technology Co. Ltd (aka eZee electric bikes). We are no longer able to supply any spare parts or batteries for bikes in the eZee range, nor are we authorised to carry out maintenance or repairs on any eZee electric bicycles.
All Kalkhoff electric bicycles are covered by the manufacturer's two year warranty. As the UK distributor and service agent, we're happy to provide full support for these excellent machines.
