Trade-in season is here again! Plus, we now collect unwanted E-bikes 1

Trade-in Time! Our 2020 Season Begins

Do you own an e-bike that’s long in the tooth, but you’re still keen to keep cycling?

Are you curious about how electric bikes have come on in the years since you bought yours?

Well, we now offer generous part-exchange deals on our 2020 electric bike range.

We also collect unwanted ebikes, free of charge
Several owners have told us about bikes they no longer use which are taking up valuable space in a hallway or garage. Would we collect it from them? Yes, if it’s practical to do so, we will.

If you have a bike you’d rather be rid of, we may be able to collect it from you, at no expense.

Just complete our trade-in form and select “Please collect my bike – no replacement needed” from our Replacement Budget options.

50cycles donates to homeless charity
We delivered a pair of bikes to Help the Homeless in Leicester before Christmas

Some of these donated bikes are earmarked to send to local charities (like this homeless charity in Leicester), to help carers do their rounds or to assist others who would like to get back in the saddle with a little extra help.

Others will be used for parts that will help other bikes return to the road.

Only one problem though…
Our workshop can only refurbish and service so many e-bikes at once and the trade-in window is likely to close again soon.

When we reach our target, we’ll pause the scheme for a while. So, if you’re thinking about trading-in or disposing of your old bike soon, now is the time!

If you bought an electric bike from us at any time, we would like to hear from you.All those Honda Step Compos, Panasonic WiLL bikes, eZee Sprints, Quandos, Fortes and Forzas;

All those Oxygen Emates, Green Zebras and electric tricycles;

All those Kalkhoff Agattus, Pro Connects, Tasman, Integrales, Includes, Sahels and Endeavours;

Even those Cubes, Riese & Müllers, Scotts and other brands from the past couple of years…

We will part-exchange for a brand new 2020 electric bike like the BH Evo City Pro. Or we can collect your e-bike if no replacement is needed.

If it’s good working condition and ready to ride, that’s great.

If it’s taking up room in a garage or shed, and you’re not sure what state it’s in, drop us a line!

If it’s truly only good for scrap, we’ll consider that too. It may be recoverable or have parts value.
 The first step is quick & easy: Click this link and complete the short form.
We’ll then contact you as soon as possible with a recommendation and quotation.

See what people have already traded in
We’ve taken several bikes in part exchange over the past couple of weeks, so it’s worth keeping an eye on our Used Bikes section for secondhand bargains. There are bikes in there from £300 now!

We’re in a unique position to do this
We have thousands of customers who own reliable, durable electric bikes.

We’re able to source replacement batteries and other parts if necessary.

We also have one of the world’s most experienced workshop teams. When it comes to electric bikes, our team has worked on everything and seen it all.

So we’re confident we can make use of your bike (or its bits and bobs).
 If you’re interested in seeing what your bike is worth and what you could replace it with (or even if you don’t want to replace but would like to donate), fill out our trade-in enquiry form and we’ll set the wheels in motion!
