We’ve got some exciting news to share with you today…
We are absolutely delighted to announce that 50cycles have been chosen as a finalist in The Telegraph Entrepreneurship Award category for the National Red Ribbon Awards 2014.
The awards are designed to celebrate the UK’s most exciting and thriving family-run businesses, and recognise them for their contribution to the British economy. The ceremony will take place on the 20th June at the stunning Goldsmiths’ Hall in London where guests will be treated to an evening of fine dining, world-class entertainment and a charity auction with money-can’t-buy prizes.
Previous winners include Michel Roux Jr, The Cambridge Satchel Company, and East End Foods, so we’re absolutely thrilled to be a part of this fantastic event.
Founder of the Awards, Anita Brightley-Hodges, says “For us, it’s about making family businesses feel a million dollars. They contribute such a huge amount to the economy, not to mention providing millions of jobs and supporting local communities and charities. The Red Ribbon Awards are the only accolade which put every family business on a level playing field. It’s not about turnover or industry; it’s about the fantastic achievements of individuals and their family firms.”
We’ll keep you posted on how we get on!
