These are the terms and conditions of ordering and cancelling the products which we supply via our website or by telephone or when you purchase goods from our stores.

Payment Methods

You can make a card payment, PayPal and use interest-free finance options online. If you select finance, you can then select the period of the finance (6, 9, 10 or 12 months) and the deposit amount (minimum 10% of the order, maximum 65%).

In store, we accept card payments,(except American Express), cheques, Cycle Vouchers and cash.

Ordering with Cyclescheme

Ask if employer or HR department if they are using the scheme - if they are, you can request a voucher to use as payment. Once you have the voucher, we will need from you the certificate number and the redemption code, we dont actually need the voucher, just those 2 codes as it's all done online.

The Cycle to Work Initiative saves employees 32 - 42 percent of the total cost of a bicycle and accessories. The company buys the bicycle for you and then leases it back to you, usually for 18 months. At the end of the lease period you buy the bicycle for about the cost of one month's lease. The employee saves money by not paying any VAT and as the repayments are taken out of the gross monthly salary, a further 22% in income tax and 11% NI contributions are saved.

Using Promotional Codes

Occasionally we send out e-mails with promotional offers to redeem these enter the associated Promotional Codes on the second page of the check out process click Have a Voucher Code? and enter the valid code into the Voucher / Discount Codes box. In store or over the phone please quote the Promotional Code to the member of our team processing your order.

These Promotional Codes have a limited time span they can be used so don’t wait too long or you might miss out.

Ordering and Payment FAQ’s

How much does delivery cost?

The costs of delivery will be as displayed on our website or discussed with you during the order process on the phone or in store. For UK deliveries these costs are clearly stated in our current price list and also shown in the drop down menu forming part of the checkout procedure for on line orders. All UK mainland first deliveries for purchased items over £50 will be free of charge.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We only sell to the UK.

Our brochure and website are solely for the promotion of our products in the UK. However, if you require delivery to an address outside the UK then please contact us at our email address: after-sales@50cycles.com or if you are placing your order in store we will discuss this with you at the time and we will advise you if we are able to sell to you and meet your delivery requirements. Please note that for on line or telephone orders we can only deliver our products to the address registered to the cardholder who makes the online payment.

Why has my order been cancelled?

Your order may have been cancelled for one or more of the following reasons:

  • We may have had a technical issue
  • The items you ordered were out of stock
  • You asked us to cancel the order
  • There is a problem with the delivery address on the order
  • The number of items ordered
  • There is an issue with the payment used

Can I return an item that has been used?

If you have purchased an item, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns outside our returns policy. If you have placed the order with 50cycles we will only accept items to be returned in an unused, resalable condition when you return them.
